Fresh off his amazing win at the 100 Acre Wood rally, Ken Block continues on his path to rally stardom by clenching first place at Rally New York USA. Not content to merely win, Block finished the final stage a full three minutes despite the dangerously wet conditions. Those of you who are unfamiliar with the shoe-mogul-turned-car-guy's career need look no farther than the insanity of his last events, matched only by the crazy antics off the track. One would think that Block is determined to become the Howard Hughes of non-oval motorsports.

In the opening race of F1 2009, Sebastian Vettel and Robert Kubica became entangled in the final few laps, resulting in race-ending damage to both cars. Racing in F1 since 2006, Vettel is the youngest F1 driver in history to qualify for pole position, win a race, score point, and incur a fine (9 seconds into his career for speeding in the pits).
